A Kitchen and Bathroom renovation in a light-filled 1970s apartment, completed in March 2020 as a minimalist backdrop for a colourful owner and their collections. In this home, the interior fit-out returns to the background allowing a colourful personality to shine.
Clever solutions included a breakfast bar for one; a concealed laundry draw as well as maximum storage. To reduce labour costs, waste and demolition - existing services were maintained in their original location in solid masonry walls with contemporary tap ware selected to suit. The original bath was retained and flawlessly resurfaced to shine new again.
